Why Perform a 4 Point Inspection?

Homeowners insurance companies and landing institutions understand that the cosmetic componentsquite possibly will be altered during the course of homeownership and rely on the governing building authority to approve and monitor these changes to residence.

In many juridictions, it is necessary to require a buiding permit to do any improvements to the existing structure. Therfore, there is monitoring authority in place to approve and oversee any improvements made to the structure.
